Yahoo! Mail's Bulk Mail filtering is superficially similar to Hotmail's Junk feature. It worked somewhat better for us than Hotmail, although it still missed a lot of spam and blocked many commercial mailings that we had actually requested. As with Hotmail, when we got a false positive, we could click the link "This is not spam" and white-list the sender, and we could also report to Yahoo! that the service had made a mistake. We tested the $29.99-per-year Mail Plus package, which greatly expands storage for mail and doubles the size of the blacklist to 200 entries—still not much.
