In regards to spam, the simplest thing you can do to avoid spam, is do not
subscribe to any lists; do not post your email address any where on the net.
If you receive an email that looks like somebody is attempting to sell you something,
has a wierd subject line, etc do not open it, and do not click on any links nor reply
to it, for that tells the spammer that your email address is valid. If you receive
spam, report it to your internet service provider (isp) or email company.
